Justine is an action researcher on innovation culture, cross-sectoral partnership and digital economy. She is a boundary spanner between University, Industry and Government. In the commercial sector, Justine was Marketing Director at GreatPlaceToWork Greater China, recognizing companies with a trusting and collaborative workplace culture. As Program Director of Applied Innovation Institute (based in Silicon Valley), Justine facilitated adaptation and application of new knowledge by world experts on AI, data science, systematic innovation and complexity science to industry and government leaders in Hong Kong. She co-founded “Open Data Initiative” with Prof. John Bacon-shone at the Social Sciences Research Centre of University of Hong Kong from 2017 to 2021.
