Cyrus Wong is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Technology (IT) at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Lee Wai Lee) and an AWS Machine Learning Hero. He’s a passionate advocate for cloud technology and actively promotes its use through various media and events. His projects have won four Hong Kong ICT Awards in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2022. All of his winning projects run solely on AWS using Data Science and Machine Learning services.
Cyrus Wong is an AWS Academy Accredited Trainer who delivers the full-time course ‘Higher Diploma in Cloud and Data Centre Administration,’ the first tertiary course in Asia dedicated to providing Cloud Technology training. He’s passionate about incorporating AI/ML into his daily curriculum and often writes about projects with his students. In this talk, he’ll share his development team’s journey with you.
