This is new stack, with old patterns. It adopts both Reactive pattern, and CQRS-Event-sourcing, to build full-stack blockchain application. It lifts the conventional Hyperledger Fabric application, to next level of decentralisation. At the same time, it easily fulfils the GDPR, and data residency requirement, for building cross-border blockchain consortium.
