Andy Li has been an active open source developer, mostly active in the Haxe community for many years. He is a Debian developer, also a package maintainer for a few Linux distros.
He is now working on his startup, Giffon, which is a crowd-gifting platform where you can state what you want and let your friends collectively buy it as a gift for you.
He obtained his Ph.D. in the School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong. He is interested in programming as well as mobile user interface, interactivity, installation art, and generative graphics.

Calpa Liu is a front end developer who use GatsbyJS to complete his blog and contributed the system to the community.
Software engineer. Professionally use PHP since 2007 and Haxe since 2015. Haxe compiler developer.
Sung Wook Kim is a software engineer at Naver, since 2017.
Currently, one of the maintainers in open-source project Pinpoint.
Before this, he worked for seven years at Samsung.
Ross TH Tang is a technology enthusiast, with over 25 years of IT experience. He possess specialized skill in hybrid cloud, and distributed ledger technology. He have delivered a number of Hyperledger Fabric projects, since v0.6 public initial release. He is the DLT Advisor for eTradeConnect, is a trade finance initiative of 11 Hong Kong banks, based on Hyperledger. He is also involving the cross-border projects. Recently, he publishes new open source project, which uplift the Hyperledger Fabric, to next level decentralisation.
We love open source but in our work we also have to get open source products to work nicely in with Microsoft Windows. This talk will explore options for integrating MySQL Authentication with a Windows Domain.
Patrick has been using the Oracle Database for over 20 years, starting as a developer before migrating towards Database Administration.
He is based in Hong Kong where he is a co-founder of the Hong Kong Oracle User Group and he blogs at jolliffe.hk.
He has presented at usergroup conferences in Poland, Slovenia, Croatia and India and also at HOTSOS Symposium.
